How can I get a smaple?
After establishing the business relationship with TONISH, Free sample is acceptable but International Express charge should be paid on arrival . Regarding for the first time cooperation partner ,based on the policy of our company , 10% higher sample charge as well as International Express charge are needed . Of course ,the sample charge can be refunded to you after placing order.
What kinds of logo are available ?
Embroidery, Transfer and Screen Printing, Foil and Blind Embossing ,Debossing and badging LOGO are acceptable. If you would like us to show you a visualisation of how your logo would look on one of our products, then please supply your desired logo in JPEG format, and keep the file size under 600k. For final production. Please note, any customisation is subject to origination and setup charges, available on request. Any brand logo,pls offer LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION.
How do we work ? Step A: We develop a complete concept using our own design team , and with our factory in Dongguan of China . after sending us your idea for the bags/ cutlery in your mind via email , our design team will make the computer sketch for you based on your requirements for confirmation ,and then our R& D department will ensure your samples to be finished within 7-10 working days .The concept is developed at no-charge to you. Setp B: Specification and final confirmation to fill in all the details including materials to be used ,final color& Size specifications, brand application specifications, and detailed packaging information,and final Quotation bsed on the requested term ( FOB/EXW/CIF etc.)
StepC: Pre-production sampling begins when you sign off on our Proforma Invoice with your signature &Chop, giving us the go-ahead to begin production instruction and 30% deposit of the total payment. Upon your approval of our pre-production samples, we then begin manufacturing your order.
Step D: Manufacturing & Supervision of your goods are closely monitored by our ISO-trained inspectors using our own QC department for full inspection , We send you manufacturing photographs and randomly selected samples at regular intervals for your own inspection.
Step E: Logistics is done by our colsely cooperated Logistics staff based on 7 years working experience as agreed to your specifications. We can accommodate shipping directly to you, for some areas ,we can offer door to door distribution services , and ensure that you have detailed documentation of the movement of your goods.
How about the payment terms? 1.30% deposit,and balance before delivery via T/T 2.Irrevocable L/C at sight. What should I do if problems occur? For questions regarding our points system, please contact us .Make sure you provide as much information as possible in the e-mail.
